To use Med-Stop services, register your company with the Employer Registration form on the Med-Stop website. Registration is step by step. It collects the required information about your company and sets up the main settings for Med-Stop for Employers.

Before you start

• You must agree to the Med-Stop terms and conditions and be legally authorized to bind your company to the agreement.
• Have accurate, complete company information ready. See Prepare for company setup.
• Do not use the registration form if your company is already registered and you forgot your user name or password or cannot sign in. See Sign in to Med-Stop.

Steps

1. Employer registration: company name, doing business as name, category, and DOT status.
2. Address: country, street address, ZIP code, city, state, phone number, email, and web page.
3. Contact: your company's primary contact, with direct phone number and email address.
4. Agreement: review and accept the terms and conditions.
5. Sign in: create your user name, password, and security question and answer. Email verification is required.
6. DER info: your Designated Employer Representative.
7. Safety officer: your company's safety officer.
8. Finish: review and complete the registration.

Choose your DOT status

• If all of your employees are DOT-regulated, select DOT REGULATED company.
• If none of your employees are DOT-regulated, select non-DOT.
• If you have both DOT and non-DOT employees, select DOT and non-DOT.

DOT-regulated companies also choose the DOT agency that best describes their regulation status. See Set up a DOT or non-DOT company.

What happens next

Sign in and continue with Getting started. Ordering drug tests through a test request requires an active laboratory account for your company. You can also register by phone with a Med-Stop representative.
