Each person signs in with their own user name and password, followed by a verification code. After you sign in, the Welcome dashboard opens.

Steps

1. Go to the Med-Stop website and select the sign-in link to open the Med-Stop Login page.
2. Enter your user name and password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
3. Optionally select Remember my User Name on a device only you use.
4. Select Log In.
5. Enter the verification code sent to your email or phone, or shown in your authenticator app, and select Login. Use Resend Code if the code does not arrive. See Two-factor authentication.

If you cannot sign in

• Forgot your password: on the sign-in page, under "Having trouble signing in? Forgot your password?", use the link to reset your password.
• No security question and no verified email: use the support link in the same box, or contact support.
• Too many attempts: Med-Stop allows up to 5 consecutive invalid sign-in attempts. After 5 incorrect attempts, your workstation is locked for 10 minutes. Wait, then try again carefully. See What should I do after repeated sign-in failures?
• An alert after sign-in: Med-Stop may ask you or your company to update required information before you continue.

Keep your account safe

Unauthorized access is a violation of the law. All successful and unsuccessful sign-ins are recorded in a security log. Never share your password or verification codes, and do not write them where others can see them.
