Support Center

Use the support form to send questions or report problems to Med-Stop Technical Support. Open it from Support in the app menu or Contact Support at the bottom of the page. We reply to the email address you enter.

Steps

1. Enter your name, company name, and email address. Add a phone number if you would like us to be able to call you.
2. Select the category that best matches your request.
3. Select the priority. Use CRITICAL only for issues that severely affect your ability to use Med-Stop, or when you are certain that specific information in the system is incorrect.
4. Describe your question or problem in the Message field, as specifically as you can: the screen, the record reference, what you did, and the exact error message.
5. Submit the form.

Keep it safe

For your protection, do not use this form to send credit card numbers, passwords, verification codes, or other sensitive information. For confidential matters, system access issues, or payment problems, call Med-Stop at 1-877-633-3633.
