Review employee history

The History screen gathers the activity linked to an employee, so you can answer questions like "When was this driver last tested?" without searching each list.
Steps
- Open the employee and select History.
- Choose a category: Tests, Test Requests, Accidents, Trainings, Violations, Inspections, FMCSA Clearinghouse, Previous Employers, or Work Experience. Available categories depend on the employee's status and your services.
- Open an entry to see its details and documents.
The History menu also lets you start new records for the employee, such as a new test request, test record, accident record, or training record.
Tips
A test request, a collected test, and an MRO-verified result are different stages. Check the date and status of each entry before treating it as complete.
