Open a selection from Random > Random Selections or from a pool's Selections tab.

What you see

• Selection Details: status, employee, selection date, when it was created, and the random pool.
• Test Request: the linked request's date and time.
• Test Information: the linked test's date and time.
• Status tab: the selection's history.

Actions

• Create Request: open a test request for the employee (open selections only).
• Change Status: set the final status (open or expired selections).
• Record Refused Test: record a refusal for the selection.
• Open Selection: reopen a selection, when allowed.

If your company turns on Automatically Close Random Selection in Company settings, a matching recorded test closes the selection. Always verify the individual selection.
