The Random Selection List shows every selection for your company. Check it at the start of each period and often during it.

Steps

1. Choose Random > Random Selections. The current year is shown by default.
2. Filter by Status, Pool Year, Pool Service, DOT Status, or dates (Selection in Next, Selection After, Selection Before).
3. Review the employee, service, DOT status, selection date, completed date, and status.
4. Select a row to open the selection.

Act on a selection

• Send the employee for testing: Create a test request for a random selection.
• Record a test done elsewhere: Record a test for a random selection.
• Close a selection that cannot be completed: Change a random selection status. Use it only when the new status reflects what happened.
