The employee's Random screen controls whether the person is part of your company's random testing and shows their pool membership and selection history.
Include in Pools
By default, full-time employees are included in the random selection pools. To exclude an employee, set Include in Pools to NO, enter the reason in the comment field, and select Update.
Only exclude an employee when there is a valid reason. A DOT-covered employee who performs safety-sensitive functions must be in a DOT random pool.
Random Pool Membership
Lists every company random pool the employee belongs to. Select a pool to open it.
Random Selections
Lists the employee's random selections. Use the filter to show selections by status.
The Random screen is not shown for applicants or removed records.
