Med-Stop reports summarize your company's information, from contact lists and invoices to employee counts and test statistics. Open them from Reports in the main menu. Reports are organized in categories, and some reports appear in more than one category. The reports you see depend on your company's services and your access.

Report categories

• Company reports: company information, contacts, branches, credit, invoices, checks, and settings.
• Statistical reports: employee counts and accidents for a period.
• Report to the FMCSA Clearinghouse: what your company must report in the Clearinghouse.
• Area reports: Employee reports, Test request reports, Urine drug test reports, Random selection service reports, Training reports, and Compliance reports.

Run a report

1. Select Reports and choose a category.
2. Select a report title to open its options, then set the date range and filters.
3. Choose the detail level and the output, such as PDF or Excel.
4. Select Process. The report opens in a new window.
