Test request reports summarize the tests your company has ordered. Open Reports from the main menu and choose the test request category.

| Test Requests Information - By Request Date | Requests in request-date order. Filter by employee, service, and period. |
| Test Requests Information - By Request Status and Date | Requests grouped by status, then date. Filter by employee, service, and period. |
| Test Requests Information - By Service Category and Date | Requests grouped by service category. Filter by category, employer, employee, and period. |
