Test requests

A test request is how your company orders a drug test, alcohol test, or medical examination for an employee or applicant. It sets the service, the reason, the collection site, and the date and time, and it gives the employee the instructions and authorization code for the collector. The request is separate from the test record: the request tracks the order, and the test record holds the collection and the result.
Order a test
