Navigate the employer app

The left menu groups the employer app into a few areas. Expand an area to see the lists and actions available to your account.
| Menu | What you find there |

| Welcome | The dashboard with alerts and items that need attention. |
| Employees | Active, DOT, non-DOT, and terminated employees; applicants; test requests; tests; accidents; trainings; violations and inspections; FMCSA Clearinghouse queries and reports; and actions such as New Employee and New Test Request. |
| Random | Random Service Status, Random Pools, Random Selections, and New Random Pool. |
| Company | Information, Contacts, Branches, Settings, Communication Setup, Documents, billing (transactions, invoices, checks, receipts, statements, credit), CCF drug form orders, and training and compliance setup. |
| Reports | Report categories and reports. |
| My Info | Your own contact details and security settings. |
| Testing Locations | Collection sites you can send employees to. |
| Support | The support form. |
Other ways to get around
- Quick Task: shows the common actions for the page you are on.
- Quick search: on wide screens, the search box at the top lets you choose employees, applicants, test requests, or tests, enter text, and select Search.
- Small screens: the menu is hidden behind the menu button, and Quick Task opens from a floating button.
- Help: press F1 for help about the current screen.
Tips
Menu options depend on your company's services and your access. If an option you expect is missing, see An expected menu or action is missing.
