We are here for you. Get the most out of Med-Stop.
When you log in to Med-Stop, the Welcome screen is the first page you see. It displays the most important statistics, alerts, and quick access tools for your company.
Statistics
The statistics area shows company status information and important alerts. Each group includes a title, last updated timestamp, customization menu, and the related information.
Statistics refresh automatically at set intervals and when the underlying data changes. You can also refresh a group manually from the statistics options menu.
You can organize the screen by closing statistic boxes you do not need and arranging content into columns. You can use up to 10 columns.
To work with a statistics group, open the options menu in the top-right corner of the box. The menu includes these actions:
- Collapse / Expand. Hide or show the selected statistics box.
- Refresh. Update the selected statistic with current information from Med-Stop.
- Close. Remove the statistics box from the screen.
- Move Up / Move Down. Change the vertical position of the box within the column.
- Column Left / Column Right. Move the box to a different column.
Closed statistics boxes can be reopened from the Show Statistic list on the left side of the Welcome screen. Use Reset to return the layout to its default state.
Quick Search
The Quick Search box is in the top-left corner of the Welcome screen. It is a fast way to find information in the system.
Select the record type, enter your search text, and click Find. If matching records are found, they appear at the top of the Welcome screen. Select a result to open the related information window.
Click Reset to clear the Quick Search list.
Quick Tasks
Quick Tasks provides one-click access to the most common daily tasks. If statistics are shown on the Welcome screen, select Quick Tasks in the top-right corner to open the Quick Tasks screen.
Most Quick Tasks open a guided window that helps you complete the selected task.
My Status
The My Status box appears in the middle-left part of the Welcome screen. It shows basic login session information, including your name, location or employer, previous login date, and last login error date.
If your last login date is incorrect, or you see a login error date even though you have not had recent login errors, change your password immediately.
This could mean that someone else is trying to log in to Med-Stop using your username and password.
