The Welcome page is the employer dashboard you see after you sign in. It brings together alerts, employee alerts, open test requests, compliance information, and other panels, so you can see what needs attention before you open a list.

Work with the dashboard

1. Review the panels for items that need attention, such as compliance alerts or tests that must be reported to the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
2. Open a linked item to go to the underlying record, and act on it there.
3. Use a panel's options to refresh it, show more or fewer rows, copy it to the clipboard, or export it to Excel or text.
4. Drag panels to arrange the dashboard the way you like. Use Reset to return to the default layout.

Quick tasks

The Quick Task menu lists the common actions for the page you are on. On the Welcome page it typically includes New Applicant, New Employee, New Test Request, and New Test Record. On smaller screens, Quick Task opens from a floating button. See Use the Quick Task menu.

Tips

• The dashboard is a starting point. Check the underlying record, and the list's current filters, before deciding what to do.
• Panels and quick tasks depend on your company's services and your access.
