Information Windows

Most details about a selected record—such as an employee, test, or accident—are displayed in an information window.

If the window does not open, ensure that your internet browser is not blocking pop-up windows from Med-Stop pages. Refer to your browser’s documentation for instructions on how to add the Med-Stop domain to the allowed pop-ups list.

The information window includes the following areas:

Window Menu

Located at the top of the window, the window menu allows you to navigate between different sections of information related to the selected record.

Infobar

The infobar displays the window title and a brief description of the selected record. On the right side of the infobar, you will also find the Print button.

The Print button allows you to print specific forms or reports associated with the selected record.

Record Details and Information

The main area of the window displays detailed record information. Some data may be shown in a list format, and certain records allow updates to be made.

To save changes, click the Update button. If you modify information and close the window without clicking Update, your changes will not be saved.

Navibar

The navibar is located at the bottom of the window and contains buttons that allow actions to be performed on the selected record.

To close the information window, click the Close button.
