How do I check whether a request has been completed?

Open Employees > Test Requests, change Request Status if needed, and open the request. The status and the Status tab show whether it is still open or was completed, and when.
Then check the result on the test record under Employees > Tests. An open request, a collected test, and an MRO-verified result are different stages.
