If your company belongs to a consortium whose C/TPA uses Med-Stop, your company is a consortium member. The C/TPA runs your random testing program in Med-Stop, and you use your own employer app for everything else.

What you see in the Random menu
- Random Service Status: the status of your random service.
- TPA Documents: the TPA Required Documents your C/TPA asks you to sign and the Signed Documents on File. Select a required document to print it, then sign it and send it to your C/TPA. Select a signed document to view it.
Random Pools, Random Selections, New Random Pool, and the Random Service Agreement are for companies that run the Med-Stop Random Selection Service themselves, so they may not appear for a consortium member.
The TPA service agreement is valid only when it is signed and dated by representatives of both your company and the C/TPA.
Consortium or your own program?
The Med-Stop Random Selection Service that an employer sets up itself is a single-employer program. A DOT-regulated owner-operator must be in a larger random pool, which in practice means a consortium. See Owner-operators and consortiums.
