Review your Med-Stop service status
Company setup / Review your Med-Stop service status

Med-Stop Status shows which Med-Stop services your company has and whether they are active.

Steps

  1. Open Company > Med-Stop Status.
  2. In Med-Stop Details, review your Med-Stop Level and the service start and end dates.
  3. In Med-Stop Billing Details, review the billing period, next billing date, and total price.
  4. In Med-Stop Services Status, review each service with its start date, end date, and status.
  5. Select Med-Stop Agreement to review your agreement.

Tips

  • If a service you expect is missing or inactive, related menu items may not appear. Contact Med-Stop Support.
