Date fields in Med-Stop use the US format MM/DD/YYYY. You can type the date or pick it from a calendar.

Type the date

1. Select the date field.
2. Type the month, day, and four-digit year as digits only, including leading zeros. For example, type 03152025 for March 15, 2025.
3. Med-Stop adds the slashes as you type.

Pick the date from the calendar

1. Select the calendar icon at the right of the field.
2. Choose the year, month, and day.
3. Confirm your choice. The date is entered in the field.

Tips

• A lock icon instead of the calendar means the field cannot be changed.
• If a field is outlined in red, the value is missing or not valid.
• Check start and end dates on list filters; a date range that is too narrow hides records.
