How do I search a list and open a record?

Open the list you need from the menu, enter a name or other identifier in Search For, adjust any filters, and select Search. Then select the matching row to open the record.
- If nothing is found, check the filters and date range, then select Reset and try again.
- On wide screens you can also use the quick search box at the top of the page.
- Confirm that you have the right person or event before you update anything.
