Which employee list should I use?

Use Active Employees for your current roster, Applicants for people you are considering, and Terminated Employees or Removed Applicants for past records.
DOT Active Employees and Non-DOT Active Employees split the active roster by DOT status. If a person seems to be missing, clear the filters and check the other lists before adding a new record.
