The Employee List shows employee and applicant records for your company. Use it to review active employees, applicants, and terminated employees.
Active Employee List
This list shows currently active employees and includes the following information:
- Employee name
- DOT status
- Driver's license expiration date
- Medical examination expiration date
- Date of last drug and alcohol tests
- Compliance status
- Employment status
DOT and Non-DOT Active Employees
If your company employs both DOT and non-DOT employees, Med-Stop provides separate lists based on DOT status.
Applicants
This list contains company applicant records. Keep this list current by updating an applicant's status when the person is hired or removed from consideration.
Terminated Employees
Use this list to access the records and testing history of terminated employees. It includes former employees who were previously listed as active.
