Test information

The General tab of a test shows the basic facts about the test. The information is read-only; you cannot change an existing test record.
- Test Details: employee, test date and time with time zone, test type, test reason, DOT regulated test, and the linked test request.
- Test Location: the collection site name, address, phone, and fax.
- Collector, Physician: the collector or examiner.
- MRO Information: shown when the company DER needs to contact the MRO.
Actions you may see
- Determine Test Result: when a collection ended abnormally and the DER must decide the final result.
- Register Employee: when the test is not yet linked to an employee record.
- Service Issues and Rating: report a problem with the service or rate the site.
