Medical examination details

The Details tab of a medical examination shows the final result, as recorded on the results section of the Medical Examination Report. The information is read-only.
- Result and Qualified for Period.
- Expiration Date and any Follow-up Date.
- Conditions such as a Skill Performance Evaluation, an intracity zone exemption, qualification under 49 CFR 391.64, or a waiver.
- Whether the exam was submitted to the FMCSA National Registry.
The certificate and report are on the Documents tab when your company has the employee's signed release. Access ends when the exam expires.
