The Details tab of a urine drug test shows the result and how the collection was done. The information is read-only.

Result

• Drug Test Result: the final result, as verified by the Medical Review Officer (MRO).
• Laboratory, Laboratory Account, and Specimen ID Number assigned for the test.
• MRO, with phone and fax when the DER needs to contact the MRO.

Collection details

• Collection method, whether a split specimen was collected, and whether the collection was observed.
• Whether the specimen temperature was in range and any sign of tampering.
• Collector remarks and DER remarks.

If the collection should have been observed and was not, Med-Stop shows a message. If a state report is required for a positive result or refusal, the tab shows Record State Report. See State reporting of DOT violations.
