Copy or export dashboard and list information

When you need Med-Stop information in an email, a document, or a spreadsheet, you can copy it or export it instead of retyping it.
Copy or export a dashboard panel
- On the Welcome dashboard, open the options for the panel you need.
- Select Copy to clipboard to copy the panel's data, then paste it into any text editor or document.
- Or select Export to text or Export to excel to download it as a file.
Copy text from a list or record
Text in lists and record windows can be selected with the mouse and copied with your browser's copy command. To take a whole list, use Export a list to Excel instead.
Tips
- Copied and exported data can contain personal information. Paste it only where it is protected.
- If an option is not shown, that panel or list does not support it.
