Exclude an Employee from Random Selection
Use this procedure to exclude an employee from random selection for drug testing, alcohol testing, or both.
- Open the Employee details window.
- Select Random from the top menu.
- Choose the pool type to exclude the employee from: drug or alcohol.
- Enter the reason for the exclusion.
- Select Update.
The employee is removed from all pools that match the selected exclusion type.
