Do I still need to review random pool membership?

Yes. Med-Stop builds pool membership from your employee records, so the pool is only as accurate as those records. Keep DOT status, employment status, category, and hire and termination dates current, and review each pool's members before every selection period.
Investigate missing or unexpected members through the employee record and the pool's member lists.
