What information is kept in an employee record?

An employee record holds identity and contact details, employment status and dates, DOT status and agency, job category, and license or ID information.
It also links to the person's history (tests, requests, accidents, trainings), compliance status, random testing settings, credit access, and documents. What you can view or change depends on your access.
