How do I check the reason for an employee compliance status?

Open the employee and select Compliance. Out-of-compliance checks are shown in red; select the check's information link to see why.
Then correct the record the check depends on, such as an expiration date, a missing document, a test, or a training record, and reopen the Compliance screen to confirm.
