Compliance Alerts on the Welcome Screen
You can review employee compliance status in several places in Med-Stop.
The company statistics on the Welcome screen show employees who are out of compliance based on the current compliance rules. Click an employee link to review the details of the issue.
Compliance Column on Employee Lists
The Compliance column appears on the Active Employees, Applicants, and Terminated Employees lists. It shows the out-of-compliance item code, and the employee record is highlighted.
The following predefined codes describe the compliance status:
| APPLICATION | Application for employment |
| CDLCOPY | Driver license copy |
| CDLEXP | Driver license expiration |
| DRUGTEST | Pre-employment drug test |
| PREVEMP | Inquiry to previous employers |
| DRVRECORD | Driving record from state agencies |
| ANNUAL | Annual review of driving record |
| VIOLATIONS | Annual driver's certification of violations |
| ROADTEST | Driver's road test certificate |
| MEDCERT | Medical examiner's certificate copy |
| MEDEXP | Medical exam expiration |
| PREVPREEMP | Previous pre-employment employee alcohol and drug statement |
| ELIGIBILITY | Employment eligibility verification |
Employee Compliance Status Screen
Open the employee details window and select Compliance from the top menu to review all employee compliance checks. Out-of-compliance items are marked in red.
Click a rule information link to open the details for that item.
Compliance Reports
Use the Reports menu to open the Compliance Reports category and review the available compliance reports.
