Use Med-Stop Help

Med-Stop Help explains how to use the Med-Stop app and the rules behind drug and alcohol testing. It is available inside the app and on the public help site.
Get help for the current screen
Press F1, or select Help, to open help for the screen you are on. It shows tips and guides for your current location in the app.
Find a topic
- Search: type the task or screen name, for example "terminate employee" or "random pool".
- Browse: start from a section overview, such as Getting started or Using the Med-Stop app. Each overview links to its step-by-step guides.
- Questions and answers: short answers are grouped by subject on the Questions and answers page.

If a help topic is missing or wrong, tell us through feedback. For a problem with your account or data, contact support.
