Use the check box in the list heading to select every row on the current page at once, for example before an export.

Steps

1. Find the check box at the top left of the list, in the column heading row.
2. Select it to select all rows on the current page.
3. If some or all rows are already selected, selecting it clears the selection.

Tips

• Only the rows on the current page are selected. To include more rows, increase the page size with Show first.
• If there is no check box in the heading, the list does not support selecting all rows.
