Violation and inspection records keep traffic violations and roadside or vehicle inspections with the employee involved, so they appear in the employee's history and support annual driving record reviews.

Steps

1. Open Employees > Violations or Employees > Inspections and search for an existing record.
2. To add one, select New Violation Record or New Inspection Record (also on the employee's History menu).
3. Select the employee, enter the date and details, review, and finish.
4. Open the saved record to add documents; violations also have witness information, and inspections list the vehicles inspected.

Tips

• Keep each record linked to the correct employee and event.
• These records are available for active employees; they are hidden on terminated and removed records.
