Where can I review an employee's history?

Yes. Open the employee and choose History, then pick a category such as Tests, Test Requests, Accidents, Trainings, Violations, or FMCSA Clearinghouse.
Open an entry to see its details. Check the date and status: a request, a collection, and a verified result are different stages.
