Where do I order and track CCF drug forms?

Use Company > CCF Drug Form Orders to review your existing orders, and Company > Order CCF Drug Forms to request new pre-printed custody and control forms (CCFs).
Check open orders before placing another one, and review the order details before you finish. A form order is not a test request: ordering forms does not schedule a test for any employee.
If you do not see these menu items, they are not part of your company's services or your permissions.
