Random Selection Service / How do I ... / Manage pool members

To manage random selection pool members:

1. From the main menu select the Random sub menu.

2. Select Random Pools option

3. This opens the Random Pool list.

4. Click on the list to the pool details window.

5. Select Members option from the window top menu.

6. The list shows active pool members on specific date - by default the current date.

7. For pools with Auto Update Members set to YES you cannot remove the pool members.

8. To see the list of the employees not in the pool - select NOT MEMBERS from the selection list.

9. To see the excluded employees select EXCLUDED option.
