Should I upload a document to the employee, test, or company?

Upload it to the record the document is about: an employee document (license copy, medical certificate, application) to the employee, a test form to the test, and a company-level document to the company.
Accidents and trainings also have their own Documents screens. Confirm you have opened the correct record before uploading, then reopen the attachment to check it.
