Understand company check status

Each company check you record has a status that shows whether your credit has been increased.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| OPEN | The check was recorded in Med-Stop. |
| APPROVED | The check was approved and your credit was increased. |
| RECEIVED | Med-Stop received the approved check. |
| HOLD | The check is on hold, and your credit is not increased. |
| DECLINED | The check was declined, and your credit is not increased. |
Open a check from Company > Checks to see its details and status history. If a check stays on hold or is declined, contact Med-Stop Support before sending another payment.
