What should I do if a document will not upload?

Read the upload message first; it usually says whether the file type or size is the problem. Try a smaller, still readable copy, for example a lower scan resolution or a PDF instead of photos.
If it still fails, contact Med-Stop Support with the screen name and the exact error message.
