Where can I find an employee's medical examination documents?

Open the medical examination from Employees > Tests and select Documents. The certificate and report appear there when they have been supplied and your account can access them.
- If the employee's release authorization is not on file, print the authorization form, have the employee sign it, and attach it with New.
- Access to the certificate and report ends when the examination expires.
If an expected document is missing, contact Med-Stop Support with the test details.
