Employees / Employee random selection status
Random Service Membership
By default, full-time employees are included in the Random Selection Pools. If there is a reason to exclude an employee from the company's random pools, please describe the reason in the "Include in Pools" comment field and set the "Include in Pools" option to NO. Press the update button to save any changes.
Random Pool Membership
This shows a list of all the company's random pools that the employee is a member of. Clicking on a pool will open the details for that pool.
Random Selections
This displays a list of all the random selections for the specified employee. You can filter the selection status by choosing an option from the filter list at the top of the Random Selections list.
