Configure Contact Security and System Access

Use the Security tab to set up login credentials and access rights for a company contact.

• Select Company Contacts from the Company menu.
• In the Company Contact List, select the contact record.
• In the Contact Details window, select the Security tab.
• Set up a new contact user name and/or password.
• Set a password expiration period if required. This forces the contact to change the password after the specified time.
• Assign the contact's Med-Stop security levels. You can select multiple items by holding CTRL while clicking.
• Select Update to save the changes.
