Contact User Name and Password

You can change the Contacts Med-Stop user name and password on the Contact Security and Policy screen.

You cannot view the contacts current password - when the contact forgets his / her password you wi8ll be required to setup a new one. The Password and Password Confirmation input fields must match and the password lenght and must be at least 5 characters.

Use passwords that are hard to guess and contain at least one digit or other special character.

Contact Security Group membership

You can assign the contact to diffrent security groups that give or deny to specific areas of the Med-Stop management system.

The predefined Security Groups are:

• COMPANY FINANCIAL INFORMATION
• COMPANY BRANCH MANAGEMENT
• COMPANY INFORMATION UPDATE
• COMPANY CONTACTS MANAGEMENT
• RANDOM SELECTION SERVICE
• COMPANY MED-STOP SETUP
