Company Contact List

This is the list of all defined company contacts. You can see each contact name, category, phone, fax number and e-mail address listed in columns.

Click on the list to Contact details window.

In the navigation bar of the list you can see the Set As button and contact role selection box. To assign the role to specified contact select the contact record on the list, select the contact role and press Set As button.

This action will assign the specified contact to the specified role.

Only one Contact can be assigned a specified role at any time, it means that there can be only one Primary contact Person, one DER and one Safety Officer.
