Create a Record of Non Med-Stop Location Test Collected

To create a record of non Med-Stop location Test collected :
1. Start the Employee Test Record from the Quick Tasks on the Welcome screen or from the main menu - select the Employees sub menu and then click on the New Test Record button at the bottom of the list.
2. Select the tested employee.
3. Provide all details of the test
4. Press the finish button to create the Test Record.
