No. Your company runs its FMCSA Clearinghouse queries and files its reports in its own account at the FMCSA Clearinghouse, or through a consortium/third-party administrator (C/TPA) that it designates there. Med-Stop is not a C/TPA in the Clearinghouse: you cannot designate Med-Stop there, and Med-Stop does not run queries or report violations, return-to-duty results, or follow-up results for your company.

• Queries: run pre-employment and annual queries in the Clearinghouse. Query plans are purchased from FMCSA on the Clearinghouse website.
• Reports: your company (or its designated C/TPA) reports the items listed in 49 CFR 382.705(b). MROs and SAPs report their own items.
• Records in Med-Stop: the tests, results, and violations recorded in the employer app give you the information you need for your own reports. An employee's record may also still show Clearinghouse information from Med-Stop's former Clearinghouse service.

Your company remains responsible for its Clearinghouse obligations even when a C/TPA acts for it (49 CFR 382.705(c)).
