Test Requests / Test Request Status
The request is tracked in the Med-Stop system and the status of it is updated as the test is completed.
For open test requests, if for some reason the employee does not close the request, you can set the final request status and specify the reason for the status. To do that click on the Change Status button.
This action opens the Test Request Status window and you can specify the final status there. If the employee has a test record in the Med-Stop system that meets the request settings you will have the option to select the test information and close the request. If there is no test record meeting the request data, you can specify NO SHOW, REFUSAL or CANCELED status.
