Internet connection

To ensure the best experience using Med-Stop, a broadband internet connection is highly recommended. Some Med-Stop pages are data-intensive and require the transfer of large amounts of information between your computer and the Med-Stop servers.

Uploading scanned documents over a slow or unstable connection can lead to lengthy upload times and may cause connection timeouts.

Security Requirements

Med-Stop requires SSL strong encryption for all communication. Ensure that your browser supports Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to maintain the security and integrity of your data.

Viewing and Printing Reports

To view and print reports, your computer must have PDF viewer software installed. We recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free and available for download at www.adobe.com

Med-Stop System Client Software

Certain Med-Stop features require the Med-Stop System Client software. This can be downloaded directly from the Med-Stop server once you are logged into the platform.

With the Med-Stop System Client, you can:

  • Print reports directly to a connected printer
  • Scan documents seamlessly
  • Access the Med-Stop web portal with one click
