Accidents / How do I ... / Record Accident information

To record Accident information:

1. Start the Accident Record: from the Quick Tasks on the Welcome screen or from the Employees sub menu of the main menu select New Accident Record.

2. Select the employee the accident information is related to.

3. Specify the accident date, number of injuries and fatalities, was the accident the cause of the Haz-Mat or Gassoline Spill, the truck Disabling Damage.

4. In the next step describe the accident location.

5. Note all accident descriptions

6. Finish the Accident to create the accident record.
