Trainings / Create new Training record

Employee Training Record

To create a new training record for an employee, first navigate to the Training List, or select Record Employee Training from the Quick Tasks section on the Welcome screen.

This action initiates the Training Record process.

You may select a predefined company training description from the first list in the employee training record. Selecting a predefined training will automatically populate all applicable fields in the form.

Carefully review all fields to ensure the information is accurate. When finished, click the Next button to proceed to the final screen.

Click the Finish button to complete and create the employee training record.
