Trainings / How do I ... / Change Training status
Follow the steps below to change the status of an employee’s training record.
Locate the training record from either the Training List or the Employee History section.
Click the selected training record to open the Training Record Details window.
For training records with the status SCHEDULED, scroll to the bottom navigation bar of the window to find the Change Status button.
Click the Change Status button. The Employee Training Status window will open.
Choose the appropriate final training status from the list, then click Determine Final Status to apply the change.
